The Chewing-gum kid

This book is about a boy who has to drop off some homework to a girl in his class. So he went to deliver her homework after school. When he got there he gave it to her Mum.
She said to him, "you can have a lolly out of the lolly jar."
He said, "can I please have that one at the bottom." When he went out of the shop he looked at the packet and it said super-gum. He put a piece in his mouth and chewed it.
Later when he was waiting at the traffic lights a voice in his head said, "chewing gum, chewing gum do your stuff! Three or four chews will be enough!"
Then he stuck one end of the chewing gum to his hand and the other side wrapped around a lady on the road and it pulled her to the side of the road. Then he read the packet of gum again and he thought it was not an ordinary kind of gum. It was super gum. He manged to save lots of people. I recommend this book to all people that are learning to read chapter books.
